Hiring the Hall

For anyone wishing to book the hall on a regular basis, please use the block bookings form

 

If you would like to book Woolpit Village Hall, please check availability by clicking the Bookings Calendar in the right hand box.

If your required date and time is available, please click on the blue + symbol to make a booking.

Our standard terms and conditions of hire are made available to ensure that all those who hire and use the hall can do so safely

The car park is available for those using the village hall.  If additional parking is required, please contact the clerk at Woolpit Parish Council (01359 245895) who may be able to arrange overflow parking on the adjacent recreational ground for a small fee.

Deposits & Payments: 

A refundable deposit is required in order to confirm a booking.  All refundable deposits will be returned to the Hirer within 14 days of the hire by BACS, less any deductions for breakages or damage (including accidental damage) to the Village Hall or its fixtures, fittings, or contents that occurred during the hire, any loss of items from the Village Hall, or any call out charges or extra cleaning costs required after the hire, at the discretion of the hall trustees.
